The hotel was new, fresh, and centrally located with a 2 min walk to the ski elevator. The staff was polite and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The location surrounded by Carpathian mountains added to the appeal, and the swimming pool and saunas provided a great way to relax.

The location was great, very close to the ski lifts, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms had heated floors, which was a nice touch for the cold weather. We also enjoyed the free use of the sauna and swimming pool.

The service was lacking, with not enough personnel available to assist guests. the road to the ski lifts was not in the best condition, which made it difficult to walk in ski boots.

The view from the restaurant at Amarena Spa was absolutely stunning, overlooking the slopes. The clean rooms and immaculate facilities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The a la carte food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The spa area was a great addition to relax after a day of skiing. Our hostess, Olga, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend Amarena Spa for a pleasant and memorable stay in Bukovel.
